Care and Washing – Embellished & Bling Saddle Pads + ALL Ear Bonnets 

Our embellished and bling saddle pads are handcrafted and feature decorative crystals, pearls, and trims. Due to the nature of these materials, special care is required.

 

Care Instructions - HAND WASH ONLY 

Wash in cold water using a mild detergent

Clean gently without scrubbing, twisting, or wringing

Rinse carefully

 

Prohibited Cleaning Methods 

The following cleaning methods are strictly not recommended and may result in damage:

  • Machine washing (including delicate or short cycles)
  • Tumble drying
  • Dry cleaning
  • Use of bleach or fabric softener
  • Exposure to excessive heat

 

Drying

Gently remove excess water without wringing

Lay flat or hang to air dry

Keep away from direct heat sources and prolonged sunlight

Embellishments are decorative and, by their nature, may loosen or detach if not cared for correctly.

We accept no responsibility for damage, loss of embellishments, or deterioration resulting from failure to follow the above care instructions.

Damage caused by machine washing, improper cleaning, or drying methods does not constitute a manufacturing fault and is therefore not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

By purchasing and using our embellished saddle pads and other products, the customer acknowledges and agrees to follow the stated care instructions.

 

Shipping

All ear bonnets are handmade to order, especially for you.

Because of this, please allow 2–4 weeks for your ear bonnet to be made before it is dispatched.

During busy periods (sales, holidays, competition season), production times may be closer to the 4-week timeframe. We always aim to complete orders as quickly as possible while maintaining the highest quality.

 

Ready to ship items

All equestrian stocking items, including saddle pads, are in stock and ready to leave.

These items are typically dispatched within 1–3 working days after your order is placed.

 

Orders Containing Both Items

If your order contains:

a made-to-order ear bonnet, and

a ready-to-ship item


👉 Your order will be shipped together once the ear bonnet is completed, unless you contact us to arrange split shipping (additional shipping charges may apply).
