Shipping policy

All ear bonnets are handmade to order, especially for you.

Because of this, please allow 2–4 weeks for your ear bonnet to be made before it is dispatched.

During busy periods (sales, holidays, competition season), production times may be closer to the 4-week timeframe. We always aim to complete orders as quickly as possible while maintaining the highest quality.

Ready-to-Ship Items

All equestrian stocking items, including saddle pads, are in stock and ready to leave.

These items are typically dispatched within 1–3 working days after your order is placed.

Orders Containing Both Items

If your order contains:

• a made-to-order ear bonnet, and
• a ready-to-ship item

👉 Your order will be shipped together once the ear bonnet is completed, unless you contact us to arrange split shipping (additional shipping charges may apply).
